We are a homeschool baseball program. We allow those that do not have a baseball program offered to them to participate. The rules for this are lax at the middle school level and become more stringent at the higher levels. At the Varsity level any player that does not meet the "Homeschool World Series Association" definition would not be able to participate in that tournament. See www.hwsa.net
